* It refers to the number of people registered in the employment insurance subscriber's list for at least three months who meet the minimum wage, and since the employment insurance subscriber's list must be submitted for at least three months after the opening of the business, in principle, applications can be made at least three months after the opening of the business
- (Special Provisions) Population-reduced areas, root industries not exceeding 50% of the number of people employed
- (Including other qualified foreign employees) E-7, E-9, E-10 and H-2 and F-2, F-4, F-5, and F-6 other than E-7-4 are excluded from the number of foreign employees
※ Below the decimal point of the allowable calculation value shall be raised, and at least one person (population-reduced area, two persons in the root industry) may be employed for enterprises currently employing E-9 and E-10 foreign workers
☞ In the case of the construction industry, employment can be made within 'Choose 1 of the construction capacity evaluation amount or the annual average construction amount' x 0.4 (0.4 people per 100 million, raising the decimal point)
Recommendation criteria
It can be recommended within 20% of the number of full-time workers.

Restrictions on recommendations
Since its implementation, if human rights violations such as overdue wages and assault occur, or if foreigners are illegally employed, the company will be immediately deprived of its right to recommend and will not be recommended for the next five years.
